| Q: What are the system requirements to operate the online courses? |
| A: Our online courses are compatible with either Windows-based PC or Macintosh OS computers. Our courses will require a High Speed Internet connection and the supported browsers are Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x or greater, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome. Adobe Flash 10.1 and Adobe Reader are also required. |

| Q: How long will I have to complete your courses? |
A: The student has one (1) year to complete the course.
This is a self contained online course. No textbook or other materials are required to complete this course. Gold Coast provides full service students with a course textbook, and 1001 Question and Answer book to be used in preparing for the state exam. Textbooks and supplementary materials will be sent to full service students within 7 days of registration. These are included in your course tuition. Students desiring additional materials such as audio cd’s, flashcards, or math books may order from www.goldcoastschools.com, or by calling the Gold Coast office at 800-732-9140.
The only portion of the course that is timed is the end of course examination. Once started the student will have three hours to complete the exam. Passing score is 70%. THE STUDENT MUST COMPLETE THE EXAM IN ONE SESSION . Students will not be allowed to complete the exam in segments. |

| Q: Do I have to stay logged in for a specific amount of time? |
| A: Due to the fact that state laws differ, some states require that you spend a required amount of "seat time" in a course, in order to receive a certificate of completion. *Currently, the state of New York and Washington requires "seat time." (State laws are subject to change. If you are unsure please contact your real estate commission for more information.) |

| Q: How will I receive my certification of completion? |
| A: Upon successfully completing your course you will receive, via email, your certificate of completion within 5 to 10 Business days. If you should misplace or lose your Certificate, contact Gold Coast Schools for a duplicate copy. |

| Q: What is your Exchange and Return Policy? |
| A: Once a student purchases this course, no refunds or credits will be given. Students who do not pass the end of course examination must wait at least 30 days (but not more than one year) to retake the end of course exam. Students failing the end of course exam a second time will be required to pay for, and complete the entire course again. Students who registered for the online course will not be eligible to review classroom based course. However, students who wish to transfer to the classroom course will be able to do so upon paying a $50 transfer and material fee. All transfer must be approved by the school Administrator or Director. |

| Q: Is there a grading system? |
| A: Minimum pass rates are based on state regulations. In order to pass a course, you must achieve a minimum score(s) on the course quizzes and final exam. |
